12km south of Arugam Bay is Panama, the last village before Yala East, Kumana N.P.  ​Its 1km from the nearest surf spot (Panama Rights), and 6km from Peanut Farm and/or Panagalla.

The studio has 1 king size bed, a work desk, Air Con, a bathroom with open shower, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor seating and chill area.

Panama is not as touristy as Arugam Bay, it's a lovely rural village ideal for getting away from it all and connecting with farmers, fishermen, a giant temple and lots of wildlife.   We use this land to grow vegetables, fruits, and also peanuts during the monsoon.

This Studio is ideal for couples, and you must have tuk tuk or scooter to get around, as it's overlooking the mangroves 2km out of town.  

Not suitable for female solo travelers.

Situated 1km south from Main Point, on Pasarichenai Beach, this lovely Studio is ideal for long term bookings. 

It's a large room with a mezzanine for extra space. It is suitable for couples or solo travelers. 

The king size bed is on top of the mezzanine, and downstairs there is a long desk for WFH, wifi, electronic safe and a cupboard.

The Studio has both Air Con and/or a ceiling fan with windows that actually open for a more natural sea breeze.  

Attached to the room is a fully equipped kitchen, with a bar style eating area & stools.  The bathroom has a hot water geezer for the shower. 

The outside porch is equipped with a day bed & coffee table, a hammock and plenty of yoga space.  

This land is also used to grow vegetables, coconuts, and lots of basil for the guesthouse/cafe.
